Youth Leader (Going Beyond Project)

Empowering Young Changemakers in Zambia

Avencion, in partnership with Digital Opportunity Trust and The Mastercard Foundation, is thrilled to announce that applications are NOW OPEN for the Going Beyond Youth Leadership Program 2025–2026. Are you a passionate, dynamic young graduate looking to make a difference in your community? The Going Beyond Project is calling on ambitious individuals aged 18–35 to step up and become Youth Leaders — local changemakers who will drive digital transformation for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Zambia.

About the Role

As a Youth Leader, you will serve as a:

Facilitator – Deliver training on digital skills and entrepreneurship.

Mentor – Support fellow youths and MSMEs in your community.

Changemaker – Be at the forefront of digital inclusion and gender equality.

You will receive comprehensive training in digital tools, business skills, leadership, and gender sensitivity. The program blends in-person and online sessions, depending on your local context.

Eligibility

Aged 18–35 years

A University/College graduate with -Bachelor’s, Diploma, or TEVETA certificate.
