• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Requirements for All Positions
• Educational Qualification: Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Professional Qualification: Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Skills and Attributes:
